Ecoclean
ECOCLEAN is a high-performance, biocidal-free cleaner for cutting fluids, circulation systems and appliances. ECOCLEAN is used for cleaning cutting fluid installations before changing emulsions or solvents. It also allows the stabilization of the emulsions or solvents used in order to increase their lifetime. ECOCLEAN destabilizes biofilms that form in pipes.
APPLICATION:
a) When changing the emulsion, depending on the degree of soiling, use 1-4% ECOCLEAN and leave for 3 to 5 days. As a general rule it is possible to work at the same time.
During this time, due to deposits and biofilms that stand out increased surveillance is needed on filters, sieves and safety valves.
b) When stabilizing the emulsion, 1-3% ECOCLEAN should be used to increase the
lifetime.
The ECOCLEAN can be kept for at least 6 months if stored indoors in casks, dark, hermetically sealed at a temperature of between +10 and + 30 ° C and sheltered from the sun's rays.
